Young Marissa Costa is the 1986 version of Marissa Costa, the wife of Mafia Boss, Young Gio Costa. She was the confidential informant who made her husband's arrest possible. She is portrayed by the actor Decker Sadowski.

The cold open for the episode, Hitchcock & Scully, is a flashback to 1986 of a young Marissa Costa making a deal with a Young Hitchcock and Scully. While waiting for his payment, the detectives pull out guns and a fight ensues while Gio Costa goes into hiding. Marissa looks in the direction of where he's hiding so that Hitchcock and Scully can find and arrest him.
In a flashback that explains what happened to Hitchcok and Scully, the young Marissa Costa is seen offering them their first hit of chicken wings from Wing Slutz.
