In the Season Five episode, The Big House Pt. 1, Visitation Guard #2 is the guard tasked with patrolling the phone visitation room. She is there while Raymond Holt and Terry Crews visit Rosa Diaz.
She tells Michael Hitchcock to put his shirt back on after he takes it off while making out with Jenny through the glass a few slots down from Rosa.
