In the Season Five episode The Big House Pt. 1 Visitation Guard #1 is one of the guards keeping an eye on the visitation room when Charles Boyle and Amy Santiago come to visit Jake Peralta. She breaks up Jake and Amy's hug and after an alarm goes off she announces that something happened in the yard and everyone has to go back to their prison cells.
