Tom Olson is a man who Jake Peralta suspected of robbing 4 electronic stores at gunpoint.

In the Season Two episode AC/DC, Tom Olson catches Jake Peralta and Charles Boyle investigating him and runs away making an escape on the tops of cars stopped in traffic. Jake and Charles follow him to Atlantic City, where he's staying at the Sea Fam Inn with his brother. He once again spots them spying on him and escapes.
He was caught by uniformed officers in the 78th Precinct.
