In the Season Five episode, NutriBoom, Todd meets Charles Boyle when he is undercover as Bill Hummertrout. Charles has to distract Todd while Jake Peralta downloads the company's financial documents and has a hard time convincing Todd, who know a surprising amount about Bill. He's not convinced until Charles offers one of Bill's patented neck massages.
