"The Pontiac Bandit Returns" is the 10th episode of Season Two of the FOX television show Brooklyn Nine-Nine. It originally aired 7th December 2014 to 4.26 million viewers.

Episode SynopsisEdit

"The Pontiac Bandit," aka Doug Judy is back in custody, after jamming up Jake and Rosa in his previous encounter with them. But when Rosa discovers that Judy knows the whereabouts of the "Giggle Pig" drug leader, Captain Holt offers the perp a plea deal to help track down the drug kingpin. Meanwhile, Gina and Charles are nervous that their parents might be getting too close, and Santiago makes Captain Holt a Christmas gift against his wishes.

It's Christmas time, and Jake and Rosa are on an undercover assignment to capture an oncoming bogey. Rosa finds him, and it's Doug Judy: "The Pontiac Bandit." Doug recognizes Jake, and a chase ensues with Jake capturing him. They bring him back to the precinct, but Doug wants to cut a deal to get out of jail. The two don't believe him, but things shake up when Doug reveals he knows of a lead for Giggle Pig. While Jake is against listening to Doug, Holt and Rosa convince him to hear him out since they really need a good lead before the task force is disbanded. The only good lead they have right now is Tito Ruiz who is the possible head of the operation, but none of the dealers they arrested will come clean. Doug promises he can get Ruiz for them, as the latter called him up for cars to help on the operation and agrees to help them in exchange for 5 years of jail time instead of 20.
