The One Thing Truck is Charles Boyle's food truck. Its name comes from the fact that they only serve one thing, the perfect meatball sandwich made just the way Nana Boyle used to.

Throughout the Series[]
In the Season Five episode, The Negotiation, Amy and Gina stop by to offer support on The One Thing's opening day. Boyle tells them about his two employees, Jason and Jeff, who called in sick, leaving him alone to run the food truck. They help him out by being his employees for the day. While training on how to make his sandwich recipe Charles gets intense.[[
When Gina and Amy try a different technique than Charles trained them, he overreacts and they quit.
Charles lets on to how stressful owning the food truck has been in the Season Five episode Gray Star Mutual.
And after he lands the perfect parking spot, someone lights it on fire.
After investigating they discover it was burned down by Ted, an employee who Charles fired at a dinner in front of his family.
