Tanya Grubvic is an elderly woman who wears a babushka and enjoys joining in on victories.

In the Season Six episode The Therapist Tanya happened to be on the 4th Floor of the 99th Precinct just in time to see Charles Boyle's perfect roll at Boyle Bullpen Bottle Bowling. The squad was celebrating this victory by shouting a single world that starts with the letter "B." Tanya joins in by shouting the word "Babushka!" which is the Russian word for grandmother or a head scarf commonly worn by elderly women.
While everyone is startled by her presence, and excellent use of alliteration, they follow her lead by proclaiming "BABUSHKA!" as a group.
