In the Season Three episode 9 Days, Raymond Holt and Jake Peralta are quarantined to Holt's house after making contact with Nick DiTullio who had the Mumps from the gym he worked at.
While in quarantine, Jake Peralta introduces the growth on his neck to Raymond Holt as Simon. Holt in turn introduces him to the growth on his neck whose name is Balthazar.
