"Sid Wells" or Sidney, is a witness who appeared in the trial of Scott vs. The State of New York.

In the Season Two episode Jake and Sophia, Sid appeared on stand as a witness who saw the robbery of a jewelry store.
While being cross examined by Sophia Perez she first reveals that Sidney Well has a 2006 conviction for perjury. She then goes on to get him to admit that his name is actually Brian Davidson and that he is facing fraud charges in New Jersey.
