Rhea Jo Perlman is an American actress and producer. She portrayed Estelle, a neighbor of Raymond Holt and Jake Peralta while they were in the Witness Protection Program in Florida, on Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Rhea Perlman best known for her TV role as Carla Tortelli on the sitcom Cheers from 1982 to 1993, for which she won 4 Emmys for Outstanding Supporting Actress out of the 10 times she was nominated. She was also nominated 6 times for a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Miniseries or Television Film.

Other TV roles she acted in were as Zena Sherman on Taxi, Thelma Katz on Kirstie, and Annette Castellano on The Mindy Project. Besides TV, she has also acted in films and musicals. She was Zinnia Wormwood in Matilda and the voice of Judith in Sing.
