"Marv" is an officer at the NYPD.
Throughout the Series[]
First appears in the Season Four episode, Captain Latvia. In The Last Ride, Marv comes up to the car that Jake Peralta and Charles Boyle are staked out in while commanding the take down of the drug dealer, Dom. When he tells them they're going to begin he notices both Charles and Jake have been crying with which they snap at him.
