Martin Lipstank is a man who is in charge of showing apartments to possible tenants.

In the Season One episode, The Apartment, Jake and Gina meet Martin when they're looking at possible apartments for Jake. The one he showed them was too small to fit a bed in. When Jake pointed this out Martin whipped out the murphy bed that was hidden behind the wall, only to not fit. This was not a concern to him.
