Marcos is a suspect that Terry Jeffords didn't have any success getting a confession out of after interrogating him for 6 hours. He is portrayed by the actor Fernando Martinez.

In the Jake Goes Crazy in Interrogation Cold Open from the Season Four episode Your Honor Marcos meets Jake Peralta when he interrogates him after Terry was unable to extract any information from him. When Jake enters the interrogation room the door knob falls off the door, trapping them both inside the room. As time goes on Jake looses his cool while Marcos remains silent until he finally breaks and admits to his crime hoping that it'll get Jake to calm down.
