In the Season Two episode Jake and Sophia, Lengarry Len Ross appears in a flashback of Raymond Holt's. Amy Santiago feared that being a Union Representative for the 99th Precinct would affect her future, and Holt used Lengarry Len Ross's racist and homophobia as an example of how he still became Captain.
