In the Season Three episode, Hostage Situation Kellan meets Jake Peralta and Charles Boyle when they come to him looking for legal advice regarding Charles' sperm. Kellan reads over the paperwork which was created when Charles was married to Eleanor Horstweil and points out how ridiculous it is that Charles would sign right next to where it says she owns his dignity.
