In the Season Five episode, The Venue, Jeremy is introduced when Jake Peralta and Amy Santiago are meeting with him at the bakery he works at. Amy had talked to him prior to the meeting and had him make an example of what a Die Hard themed, Nakatomi Plaza cake would look like. He wasn't sure if she was joking or not and made the cake, much to Jake's delight.
