Jenny Slate (born March 25, 1982) is an American actress, stand-up comedian, and author. She is best known for her work on The Kroll Show; for her leading role in the film Obvious Child; and voice-over acting as Dawn Bellwether in Zootopia and as Gidget in The Secret Life of Pets.
Slate is one half of the comedy duo Gabe & Jenny, along with show writer Gabe Liedman. She was a cast member on Saturday Night Live for the 2009/10 season.
She portrayed Bianca in Second season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
