Greg is a man who came to the 99th Precinct to file a police report for a stolen phone. He is portrayed by the actor Drew DiFonzo Marks.

In the Season Four episode The Last Ride, Greg claims his cell phone was stolen. He was later discussing on the phone in the Men's Bathroom how he was lying and that they believed him. Hitchcock and Scully were using the bathroom stalls and had their feet up behind the door so Greg didn't notice them. They put him under arrest.
