Gloria is a woman who was the victim of a robbery from a cab driver.

In the Season One episode, Full Boyle, Jake and Charles Boyle interview Gloria when investigating the black cab holdups. She was a tourist in who got in the cab of an unlicensed driver who took her below a bridge, pointed a gun at her and stranded her. While taking her statement she was unable to offer any helpful information about the perp's appearance on account of him not being Caucasian like herself.
