"G Hive" is the name of followers of Gina Linetti's online persona. It is a play on "bee hive" and Gina is "Queen G."

In the Season Four episode The Last Ride, Gina refers to her followers as G-Hive when making prank videos.
In the cold open of the Season Six episode Return of the King, Gina mentions that she and her followers are changing the world, for they are the G-Hive. Later in the episode she has her first live event which is called G Hive Live 2019.
