In the Season Five episode, The Favor, Amy and Rosa try to make sense of a permit form she created in the past, which can only be obtained by another form, which in turn can only be obtained by the first one.
Contrast to Amy's expectations, she turns out to be sloppy, incompetent, apathetic and misanthropic, revealing that she often created logically flawed forms out of spite.
