Flaxton Hills Farm is the residence of Matthew Langdon. It is a part of Melanie Hawkins' crime ring.
Throughout the Series
In the Season Four season finale episode, Crime & Punishment, Jake and Amy drive out to Flaxton Hills Farm to try and convince Matthew Langdon to testify in court against Melanie Hawkins. Jake discovers it through when looking through files as his and Rosa's case crumbles in court. He discovers Matthew Langdon was a detective who disappeared and suspected his wife was secretly visiting him. He found the address of the farm from a photo she had posted on social media that was geotagged.
In the Season Five season premiere episode, The Big House Pt. 1, Scully and Hitchcock go back to Flaxton Hill Farms to spy on Matthew Langdon. They report he just feeds the pigs, sometimes by force. This actually turns out to be an important fact that solves the entire case against Melanie Hawkins.

Trivia
The filming location for Flaxton Hill Farms is the same one that was used for Schrute Farms in Brooklyn Nine-Nine creator Michael Schur's previous show, The Office.
