Elaine Nixon is a lawyer and defendant of dentist turned murderer, Philip Davidson.
Season Five[]
In The Box, she advises and defends Philip Davidson, after Jake held him for 10 hours and 45 minutes and lied to him about certain evidence. Intending to use that lie to sway the jury on her side once it goes to trial, she tries to get Philip out of interrogation, but in the last 15 minutes Jake riles him up and gets a confession out of him, despite her urgent telling him to keep quiet.
