Dottie is an older woman who lives in Brooklyn. She is portrayed by the actor Jill Basey.

Throughout the Series

In the Season 7 episode, Lights Out. Dottie went to Jake and Charles for help from the cold during a power outage. Seemingly sweet at first, the more time spent with her the more Charles and Jake learn about her sexism, racism, gun toting and torturous side.

Trivia

The actor who portrays Dottie, Jill Basey, was also on Brooklyn Nine-Nine co-creator Michael Schur's show Parks and Recreation. She played the character Erica Weakstrong.
