Throughout The Series
In the Season Five episode Captain Kim, Don accuses Charles Boyle of flirting with his girlfriend and implies he wants to fight him outside of Captain Kim's house. Once outside, however, he begins crying because of how cool Charles is and asks how to be like him. Charles gives Don The Magic Jacket and tells him its all that he needs.
Later in the episode he wrestles Captain Kim's new rescue dog without spilling his whiskey and Carol is back into him.
