In the Season Four episode Serve & Protect, Deputy Commissioner Grayson meets Captain Holt and Charles Boyle when they show up at the hotel he's vacationing at in the Pocono Mountains. While chatting with him in the hallway his mistress, Mattingly comes out from their hotel room, addressing him as "sexy." Grayson explains that she's his god daughter as they rush into the elevator.
