Dean Gerard Winters is an American actor and producer. He is known for his roles as Johnny Gavin on Rescue Me, Brian Cassidy on Law & Order: SVU, Randy on Bristol Boys, Dennis Duffy on 30 Rock, and Bobby Luccetti on Wayne.
He portrays detective Keith "The Vulture" Pembroke on the NBC series Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
