Holt scheduled a meeting with Chief Fisker after purposely placing an inaccurate semi colon in a request for money for extra field kits to combat Giggle Pig in the 99th precinct. During their meeting with Chief Frisker Wuntch barges in. She tells Frisker that she doesn’t think giggle pig is a serious threat. Frisker asks Holt how serious he believes the threat to be, and tells him it's very serious. Frisker questions that they only need $1200 to fight such a serious threat and Holt explains that ideally they would have a task force to fight it. Chief Frisker approved funding for them to have a task force.
