In the Season Three episode The Oolong Slayer, Jake Peralta with Raymond Holt and Gina Linetti go to Chang's Tea Shop after discovering the tea bags left in the victims of a serial killer's mouth were purchased there. Jake and Holt stage a fight inside the shop to distract the employee so that Gina can copy customer files from his computer onto a zip drive.
