In the Season Three episode, House Mouses, Chad meets Gina Linetti when she crashes his and his colleagues' coffee. She comes to their table complaining about Wednesdays and talking about the merger and going in on flowers for Beth. Chad asks who she is and when she says she's Gina, from sales with a plant on her desk he immediately recognizes her and asks her to join them.
