Plot
Rosa Diaz asks Charles Boyle for a restaurant recommendation on where to take her boyfriend, Marcus, for his birthday. Boyle's response catches the interest of everyone in the office, each who has their own idea. Gina recommends Drag Queen Dim Sum, Jake recommends pretending to make him a nice meal, Amy claims she has to postpone due to her lack of planning. Arman who is in the holding cell tosses out having dinner at the top of the Empire State Building, which Rosa takes as the best recommendation. He then goes on to explain how you can pee on top of the entire city from there, ruining it.
