"Bodie" is a BMX drug dealer whose dog is the only family he has.

In the Season Four episode, The Last Ride, Bodie meets Jake Peralta when he is undercover as Tyler Omaha. His drug dealer, Dom, calls Jake out on his claims of being a great BMX rider and uses Bodie as an example of his worst rider that he doesn't think Jake compares to.
Bodie then gets pitted against Jake in a race to see who the better rider is. Before the race begins Jake asks Bodie to let him win, and Bodie pleads with Jake to let him win because he hasn't eaten in 3 days and his bookie is going to kill his dog if he doesn't pay him back.
Bodie ultimately wins the race even after being sabotaged by Charles Boyle on roller skates as Chip Rockets.
